Jorge A. Abreu, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of the firm.  Jorge focuses his practice on assisting seriously injured persons, injured due to the negligence of others; find full and fair compensation through the legal system.  Further, Jorge also represents business owners who are looking for legal counsel in commercial litigation matters related to breaches of contract.    Jorge also serves the community in a variety of Family Law and Criminal/Traffic Defense related matters.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. Abreu attended Florida International University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science. While attending law school at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, Mr. Abreu was the President of the Hispanic Law Student Association (HLSA) and the Treasurer of the Criminal Law Society (CLS). As President of HLSA, Mr. Abreu founded an annual scholarship for a worthy Nova Law Student that demonstrates excellence in community service and maintains a minimum GPA. Mr. Abreu graduated with his Juris Doctorate concentrating on Civil and Criminal litigation in anticipation for Trial.

Jorge A. Abreu, Esq. is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the Federal U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Jorge is also a proud active member of the Broward County Bar Association (BCBA), BCBA Hispanic Lawyers Committee and Miami Lakes Bar Association (MLBA).
